Service Description

Morning Mud! Thursdays 11AM - 1:30PM October 1 - November 5 Instructor: Annika Guadiana Think of Thursday Morning Mud as open office hours for the studio—a calm, laid-back space to slow down, work through ideas, and grow your skills alongside a community of fellow potters. This class is designed for students who have taken a couple of introductory classes and are comfortable centering at least 2 lbs of clay. Rather than following a set project or curriculum, you’ll come to class with your own ideas, questions, and projects you want to explore. Maybe you have a form you’ve been struggling with, a technique you’re not sure how to approach, or an idea you’ve been wanting to try but don’t know where to start. This is the place to bring it. With focused guidance from the instructor, you’ll receive personalized feedback and support while also learning through skill sharing, experimentation, and conversation with your classmates. Come ready to ask questions, share what you know, try something new, and learn from each other. Whether you’re looking to troubleshoot a tricky project, build confidence at the wheel, or simply spend a peaceful morning making, Thursday Morning Mud is all about growing as an artist, building community, and having some good time in the mud.
